1 1 Shortcrust pastry
75 g 75 Butter
75 g 75 Icing sugar
1 1 Egg
75 g 75 Almond powder
250 g 250 Raspberries
Instructions
- Spread the sweet shortcrust pastry in your tart tin.
- To prepare the almond cream, in a bowl, soften the butter (20-30 seconds in the microwave), then add the sugar and work the mixture with a spatula. While whisking, add the egg, then incorporate the almond flour.
- Fill the tart base with your almond cream. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Once the tart has cooled, garnish it with the raspberries. Enjoy!
Astuces
- Once cooled, you can spread raspberry jam on the bottom before adding the raspberries for an extra touch of indulgence. Add pistachios on top for a crunchy element.
