Ingrédients

  • 3 3 Eggs

  • 150 g 150 Sugar

  • 125 g 125 Butter

  • 200 g 200 Flour

  • 80 mL 80 Whole milk

  • 1 sachet 1 Baking powder

  • 1 pinch 1 salt

  • 2 spoons 2 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa

  • 2 spoons 2 vanilla flavored tablespoon

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar until they double in volume.
  • Add the flour, yeast, salt and mix manually with a spatula, gently making sure to get to the bottom to mix all the flour in.
  • Add the warm melted butter and the milk. Mix with a spatula.
  • Divide the dough into 2 bowls. In the first, add the vanilla extract, in the second, add the cocoa, and mix gently.
  • In a greased and floured mold, using a tablespoon alternate a spoonful of vanilla batter, a spoonful of chocolate batter, always placing it in the center; the batter will spread on its own.
  • To make the zebra stripes, run a knife blade from the center to the edge all the way around.
  • Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.

Astuces

Have fun! You can make all sorts of shapes by alternating the pasta, starting with a heart shape… To check if it’s cooked, insert a knife into the center; it should come out clean. Once your mold is filled, tap it gently on your work surface to prevent air bubbles from forming underneath after baking.
