Ingrédients
4 Eggs
280 g Sugar
100 g 30% heavy cream
80 g Butter
220 g Flour
70 g Pistachio paste
6 g Baking powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs and sugar together.
- Add the flour and baking powder, whisk. Then add the pistachio paste.
- Add the melted butter and the cream. Then whisk again.
- Pour into a cake tin that has been previously sifted (lightly butter and flour the dish) or into a suitable silicone dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 165°C.
Astuces
- For an even more indulgent treat, you can add whole pistachios to the batter and sprinkle them on top before baking. For an even more moist cake, make a thin line of butter in the middle of your cake before baking; it will also rise better.
