Ingrédients
3 3 Eggs
1 jar 1 Plain yogurt
1/2 jar 1/2 Sunflower oil
2 pots 2 White sugar
2 pots 2 Flour
6 g 6 Baking powder
1 sachet 1 Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, empty the yogurt pot and use the pot for the other ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients (eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, oil). Whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth, homogeneous batter.
- Pour the batter into the mold of your choice (previously greased and floured for a classic mold).
- Preheat and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Astuces
- Check for doneness with a knife blade; if the blade comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Otherwise, continue baking. You can flavor it as you like by using fruit yogurt of your choice.
