Ingrédients

  • 2 Big Apples

  • 150 g Flour

  • 90 g Unsweetened apple sauce

  • 50 g Unsalted butter, melted

  • 10 g Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

  • 1 sachet Vanilla sugar

  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Form a well in the centre.
  • Pour in the melted butter, apple sauce and eggs, then whisk vigorously.
  • Pour into a silicone mould that fits your air fryer basket. Decorate with the chopped apple pieces.
  • “Cook on “AIR FRY” mode at 180°C for 15 minutes.”
