Who are we ?
Marine: Baking, without the stress (and without the jargon)
I spent a good part of my life behind the scenes in restaurants and artisanal bakeries. With a professional certificate in pastry, I learned discipline, tight timing, and the art of precision. But between us? Pastry making is much more fun when you don’t take it too seriously.
Today, I’m trading the restaurant brigade for my family kitchen. My goal is simple: to prove to you that you can make truly excellent French desserts without needing a Master’s degree in gastronomy or professional laboratory equipment.

Why you’re here (and why you’ll love it)
No stress: simple and authentic baking. Forget chef-level recipes that require three days of preparation. Here, we get straight to the point. No need for professional equipment: with a bowl, a whisk, and your oven, you’ll delight everyone. My profession taught me complex techniques, but my mission today is to simplify them for you so you can prepare a homemade dessert, even on a Tuesday evening, without any stress.
Health first: gentle balance. Enjoying yourself is fine, but without guilt. As a mother first and foremost, I know we want the best for our loved ones. So I’ve revisited the classics, reducing the sugar just enough to keep all the flavor without the excess. These are simple ingredients, probably already in your cupboards, for a healthy snack you can serve your children with complete confidence.
Truly handmade: human cuisine. Here, we’re a far cry from recipes generated by a screen. Everything you’ll find here is something I’ve personally tested, cooked, and shared with my family. This is living, breathing pastry, the kind that fills your home with wonderful aromas in 15 minutes and is meant to be shared with your hands. I’m not an algorithm; I’m Marine, and I cook for real, with my hands and my heart.
The truth about my photos (I promise, they’re not fake!)
Let me be honest with you: I’m a baker, not a photographer. I do sometimes use artificial intelligence to retouch my photos. Why? Because my phone doesn’t always do justice to the generosity of my cakes. To be clear: the cake is definitely mine, made in my kitchen with my own hands, and it really does look like it came out of my oven. I only use AI to correct the lighting or the composition, so that it’s as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat.
What you see is what you get. No cheating, no stock photos, just homemade pastries, slightly enhanced for your viewing pleasure. Share my recipes on social media!
