  • 1 1 Shortcrust pastry

  • 75 g 75 Butter

  • 75 g 75 Icing sugar

  • 1 1 Egg

  • 75 g 75 Almond powder

  • 250 g 250 Raspberries

Instructions

  • Spread the sweet shortcrust pastry in your tart tin.
  • To prepare the almond cream, in a bowl, soften the butter (20-30 seconds in the microwave), then add the sugar and work the mixture with a spatula. While whisking, add the egg, then incorporate the almond flour.
  • Fill the tart base with your almond cream. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Once the tart has cooled, garnish it with the raspberries. Enjoy!

Astuces

    Once cooled, you can spread raspberry jam on the bottom before adding the raspberries for an extra touch of indulgence. Add pistachios on top for a crunchy element.
