2 Eggs
1 sachet Vanilla sugar
6 g Baking powder
190 g Flour

- In a large bowl, crack the eggs, then mix with the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Whisk.
- Pour the water little by little into your batter while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into a hot waffle iron. Brush the plates with oil beforehand.
