  • 250 mL Water

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 sachet Vanilla sugar

  • 6 g Baking powder

  • 190 g Flour

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, crack the eggs, then mix with the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Whisk.
  • Pour the water little by little into your batter while whisking to avoid lumps.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter into a hot waffle iron. Brush the plates with oil beforehand.
