Ingrédients
1 Liter 1 30% heavy cream
130 g 130 White Sugar
15 g 15 powdered gelatin (6 sheets of gelatin)
1 spoon 1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla (or 1 vanilla bean)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, boil the cream with the sugar, the liquid vanilla (or the vanilla pod split in half), while stirring the mixture.
- Prepare your gelatin, either soak the sheets in cold water, or put your powdered gelatin in 75g of cold water.
- Once your cream has come to a boil, add the gelatin (and remove the vanilla pod if using).
- Pour into your individual dessert molds/bowls for faster setting. Then let it set in the refrigerator.
Astuces
- You can add a coulis to your Panna Cotta: caramel, raspberry… anything is possible. These verrines are delicious on their own; they’re not too sweet, and the sugar can be reduced even further. If using gelatin sheets, squeeze them well before adding them to the cream.
