This quick and easy cake is perfect for any occasion: make it with the kids, for an afternoon snack, or as a foolproof dessert. How do you achieve that cloud-like texture every time? Here’s my perfected version, no scales required, just your yogurt container.

Ingrédients

  • 3 3 Eggs

  • 1 jar 1 Plain yogurt

  • 1/2 jar 1/2 Sunflower oil

  • 2 pots 2 White sugar

  • 2 pots 2 Flour

  • 6 g 6 Baking powder

  • 1 sachet 1 Vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, empty the yogurt pot and use the pot for the other ingredients.
  • Add the remaining ingredients (eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, oil). Whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth, homogeneous batter.
  • Pour the batter into the mold of your choice (previously greased and floured for a classic mold).
  • Preheat and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Astuces

    Check for doneness with a knife blade; if the blade comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Otherwise, continue baking. You can flavor it as you like by using fruit yogurt of your choice.
